SHIPPING POLICY

1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

Since many of our pieces are hand-finished to order, please allow [e.g., 5 -7 business days] for us to prepare your order before it ships.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Made-to-Order / Custom Items: May require [e.g., 10-15 business days] for production.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We ship worldwide from Italy. Delivery times below are estimates starting after the package has left our studio.

  1. Italy: 7€ (Free shipping over 100€) – Express Courier (24-48 hours)
  2. EU : 12€ (Free shipping over 200€) – Standard Tracked (3-6 Business Days)
  3. UK/Switzerland: 20€ (Free shipping over 200€) – Standard Tracked (5-7 Business Days)
  4. USA/Canada: 25€ (Free shipping over 400€) – International Priority (7-12 Business Days)
  5. Rest of World: 45€ (Free shipping over 400€) – International Priority (10-20 Business Days)

Please note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For customers outside the European Union (EU): Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), and handling fees once the shipment reaches your country.
Marco De Luca Jewels is not responsible for these charges.
We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping costs and any applicable fees from your refund.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are shipped via [Insert Courier, e.g., DHL / UPS / Poste Italiane]. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box before opening it and contact us immediately at marcodelucajewels@gmail.com
Lost: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building manager. If it is still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and then email us so we can assist you.
